By connecting a social media account, you authorize us to access and act on that account only to the extent required to deliver the features you use (scheduling, posting, analytics retrieval).
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content as required to provide the Service.
Content generated by our AI assistant is provided as a draft for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publication. We do not represent that AI-generated content is free from errors, bias, or third-party intellectual property claims.
The ViralRaj platform, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or branding without our written consent.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for the unused portion of a billing period. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
We do not store raw payment card data. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider.
We offer a free tier subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

We do not guarantee follower growth, reach, impressions, conversions, or any specific marketing outcome. ViralRaj is a content creation and campaign automation tool; results depend on many factors outside our control including your audience, content quality, platform algorithms, and market conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralRaj and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
