  • Payment information: processed through our payment provider; we do not store raw card data
  • Campaign content: content you create, AI-generated drafts you approve, and posts you schedule

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps
  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session management, preference storage, analytics

1.3 Information from Third Parties

When you connect social media accounts via OAuth, we receive access tokens and, depending on the platform's permissions, public profile information such as username, follower count, and page details. We do not collect your followers' personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Generate AI-powered campaign content drafts based on your brand profile
  • Connect to and post content on your social media accounts (only when you explicitly authorize a post)
  • Process payments and send billing-related communications

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

We use Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate content drafts. Your brand information and campaign prompts may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's use of API data is governed by their privacy policy.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery), bound by confidentiality agreements
  • Social media platforms: when you authorize us to post, your content is transmitted to the selected platform per their terms
  • AI providers: brand and campaign data is sent to Anthropic's API for content generation
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of users
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and campaign data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention records).

Social media OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform or delete your account.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing
  • Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format
