Data Deletion Instructions

ViralRaj Social lets you connect your social accounts (such as a Facebook Page) and publish content to them. To do this we store: your name and email, the social accounts you connect (their IDs and access tokens, encrypted at rest), and the posts and campaigns you create.

You can delete this data at any time using either method below.

1. In-app (immediate)

• Disconnect an account: go to Marketing → Social Accounts and click Disconnect on any connected platform. This immediately deletes that account's stored access tokens from our systems.
• Delete your whole account: in Profile → Account, choose Delete Account. This removes your profile, your sites, your connected social accounts, and the posts/campaigns associated with them.

2. By request (within 30 days)

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the email address on your ViralRaj account. We will permanently delete your personal data and any stored social access tokens within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also revoke our access directly on Facebook at Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove ViralRaj Social. Revoking access there stops all future access; email us using the request above to also purge any data already stored.
